A club based on Sailormoon! Yes, I know, it sounds like fun! An odango is the japanese word for a dumpling, which is what Sailormoon's hair resembles. You know, those little ball things. And who doesn't love Usagi's hair? I mean, how cool! If you love it, then you should join

Rules for the Club

-Like the odango hair style
-send any links of Sailormoon, Chibi Usa, Chibi Chibi, Queen Serenity, Sailor Cosmos, etc. to share!
-don't be rude to other members. You can offer some constructive comments on their works, but don't be mean.
-You must devwatch the club before you will be added.
-You don't have to actually submit any drawings if you don't want.
-You cannot submit pictures until you are a member, so join now!
-read and follow all the steps in "How to Join" if you want to join (it's really pretty simple!)

How to Join
send a note with "join" in the subject. (if you just post on the main page it will be ignored)
put : icontheodangoclub : without the spaces in your journal
devwatch the club
Again, note, devwatch, journal/sig. from now on, if you don't do all three, you won't be added until you do. These aren't hard rules, and I won't send out reminder notes to tell people they forgot one of these three steps. If you haven't been added and have checked and think you've done these three things, just send another note in case I missed it.

Submitting
Only send note after you have been added to the members and title the note "submissions"
Send a note with links to your Odango pics! Can be any character with odangos, even a fan fic character so the whole club can see it! See the list below if you need some ideas.
From now on, submit no more than five art pieces per note per day. I can't upload 20 images from one person at a time. If there are more than five in a note, I'll add the first five only. If you have more submissions, just send in a different note.
art can have groups with non-odango haired people, but there needs to be at least one with odangos to be uploaded into the group
